After a hectic two weeks, attending conference and travelling, back to the Serenity of Lakeshore. The different segments of the Lakeshore have been my thinking places for over a decade. As part of a community, as a family and also in my professional work, I have been going to meditate on Lakeshores, river banks and sea fronts for a long time. Here are some videos of the Pagan Version of the Serenity Prayer-
Serenity prayer-Pagan Version
God and Goddess grant me the power of water to accept
with ease and grace what I cannot change
The power of fire for the courage and energy
to change the things I can
the power of air for the ability to know the difference
the power of earth for the strength to continue my path

Thanks, Sir, for your kind comments and for staying in touch. I remember you whenever I pray, meditate, reflect, and journal, sitting by a lake or river.
I remember how when we first met ( Chicago 2010) you told me about your association with Pune, Khadki cantonment, India ( early 1970s) and having worked with some of the colleagues of my father.
I remember the first time I went for walks by one of the great lakes of North America – Lake Michigan – and you guided me to New ways and experiences. (2010 Chicago – morning walks and meditations with Dr. Dinesh De).
Morning meditation is still going on. Now in the Lake Ontario area. Recently, I attended a Psychotherapy conference ( Fourth World Congress of Existentialist Therapy) in Denver, Aurora, Colorado, and remembered the Medical Radiology conferences we used to attend together. I have transitioned to Psychotherapy and have been working with a humanistic existential approach for the past 6 years .
The breeze and lessons from Lake Michigan (2010) walk with you and always remain with me , as I try to integrate my experience and education into Counseling and Psychotherapy.
Grateful for your help, guidance, inspiration, and encouragement. We will coordinate and connect when I next come to Western India. See latest blog https://mantraofhopecounsellingservices.com/one-with-beauty-an-integration-of-imago-therapy-with-art-therapy-for-couples-and-families/
